Shipping is calculated upon checkout for your address. We offer FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING for standard post.

Orders are dispatched generally within 48 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday – Not including Australian Public Holidays) however over the Christmas and New Year Period, we may see slight delays to dispatch and delivery.

Priority Standard Shipping guarantees next business day dispatch.

If you live in a rural or remote area your shipment may take slightly longer to get to you.

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email along with the corresponding tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE that shipping is out of our control and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and do not provide refunds for delayed packages. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  and in its original packaging (Hard Zipper Case and second interchangeable black polarised lens). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All items are quality checked prior to shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
